The Little Things Can Make A Big Difference

Thursday, November 30th, 2006

My recent trip to New York gave me an opportunity to compare services from two different airlines. The airlines in question, Jet Blue and Frontier, are both good airlines and I would happily fly either in the future. This post isn’t meant to be derogatory toward either, but one goes slightly further with the little things and those little things will make a difference when I fly in the future.

Is Your Business Ready For The Attention?

Thursday, November 9th, 2006

Is it? Are you sure it’s ready?

How Not To Handle A Customer Service Call

My DSL from Qwest wasn’t working. Things happen and I didn’t worry about it right away while I made some coffee. It eventually led me to a what turned out to be a rather useless customer service call.

You’re probably already aligned with trusted businesses, though you may not realize it right away. And all you need to do is display their logo to piggy back on their trust with your customers.

Tuesday, September 5th, 2006

If you haven’t heard trust is important. It’s important in your relationships, it’s important in your business, and it’s important in your website. I can ‘t really help you in that first one, but as for your business and website transparency can go a long way in establishing trust. Transparency if done right will lead to more trust from site visitors and lead to more sales because of that trust.
