I really think that the Blog Action day being brought forward is a great idea, and in addition if talking or blogging on environmental issues is a form of marketing, so be it, all the help is welcome.

There are so many people who take the well being of the environment for granted, its rather shameful, for example in Canada, the National costs to gather litter across Canada is a combined whopping 300 million dollars every passing year…thats something we shouldn’t take for granted !

What really gets my goat is the Corporations like the big M who say they love our children through how they market ( Big M Fast Food or Litter Contributing Factor Leader ) it really chokes me when big Corps like the Big M make billions of dollars at the expense of the environments beauty !

What gets me even more is that the Big M spends nearly 2 billion a year on National or Inter-National Global Marketing and cant even come up with a decent anti litter program that would be beneficial to there Public Relations…….there Professional Marketing team really isnt all
that smart when you really think about it !

Anyhow , back to Environmental Blog Action day, I love the idea, my name is Canada Litter King, I legally changed my name for marketing reasons and in time I will earn and be known as an Environmental Champion against litter…Amen

I think this affects all of us. I’m starting to collect the research so I can write a more informed post. I’m not sure how I’ll write it. There’s a part of me that doesn’t want to turn a post on the environment into something about marketing, but if I can find an angle I like I will. Otherwise I’ll take a break from writing about marketing for the day and just keep the post focused on environmental issues.

I might give this a try … and now that I’ve got a “main” site, a blog, and a software site, I’m starting to get a lot more strict about what I’ll post, and where. But as a photographer, things like air quality and melting glaciers affect me personally. On top of it’s just a bad idea to make our home unlivable.
