Forrest the themes became available as Monday turned into Tuesday, but the RSS feeds have been available for awhile. Yahoo has the same thing and it was quite some time before Google, though Yahoo just recently improved the MyYahoo home page. You can also try a site like Netvibes, which also has the RSS feed ability.

They're all pretty cool and make it easy to keep up with what's going on. With the Google home page the info you keep there will also affect your personalized search results so getting other people to add your site to their home page will help your pages show up a little more often for those people.

This is fantastic! I don't know how long this has been available, but I can also get headlines from The Economist, plus The Onion, and a local weather forecast. They're collecting all the data in the world about all of us, but it's nice they're at least giving us some quality toys in exchange.
