I wish I had a good answer for you. I have an issue where another company in town posted phony negative reviews about my business and many others here in Boulder. I've submitted a ticket to Google on several occasions without a reply. It doesn't seem like Google even pays attention.

One of my clients local business listing is stolen from another company. I have reported many times to Google now and nothing happens.

Any idea how to solve this problem...?

Definitely something to get fixed then. I think Google has made some improvements to fight this, but I don't think they've solved the problem at all as you're seeing with your client.

Hopefully you can get the listing changed to update the link.

Thank you for acknowledging this; I have a potential client whose business is being listed with his name and address but then a company from another city is linked from the listing.
