Well, I was speaking about actually delivering unmatched customer service to build strong relationships. And really, good customer service, though may be invisible to the customer (when everything&#039;s alright and when the support solves all the problems), it certainly is noticeable when it doesn&#039;t live up to standards. So if you simply want to have everything in order, have great customer support and build relationships.

Not to mention the benefit of getting lots of honest customer reviews/testimonials for your website/portfolio.</description>
